Comfort in Gail Valley

Appartementhaus Gailtal is located in Wertschach/Carinthia in the middle of one of the most beautiful parts of Austria and in the immediate vicinity of four skiing areas (Nassfeld, Gerlitzen Alpe, the Arnoldstein border triangle, and the Italian Travis [Monte Lussari]), Lake Pressegger and Lake Weissensee, as well as everything the Alps have to offer in terms of leisure activities.

The pleasant weather of the southern Alps together with your appartment in our house creates a warm atmosphere for relaxation and the foundation for a stress-free holiday. Enjoy a sporty, relaxed, pleasant and romantic summer or winter holiday, we are open all year!

Our House – Your Vacation Home

We have used the Corona times to tastefully and stylishly renovate one of the oldest farms in a village of 300 inhabitants into a modern chalet-style cottage house. Our three flats offer highly modern and comfortable furnishings and are accessible as independent units through respective individual entrances from the outside. The large garden to the south of the house is there for all guests, just like the view of the mountains.

If you are travelling with a larger group, it is also possible to combine the apartments to create an original accommodation for 2 to 20 people in a traditional Austrian farmhouse.
